Table T sets out counsel’s fees in Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997 matters payable by Victoria Legal Aid (VLA).

Payment of fees
The assigned lawyer is responsible for lodging and submitting counsel's accounts for payment and should ensure that all accounts are settled before closing and finalising the file and the grant.
